The local government as a knowledge hub, acquires and shares knowledge about and for a circular construction economy, both as an employer and as a stakeholder.

By building their own expertise, local governments can offer training and advisory support to individuals, businesses, and organizations. In collaboration with local stakeholders, they can develop practical training and capacity-building programs for the business community to help spread and establish the understanding and practice of the circular economy throughout society.
